Nemnebliar

A country located to the south of Merifiana, home of the other Changeling Race, the Nemnebliari.  The Nemnebliari, unlike the Merifianans, can “transfigure” into other living beings, a power that has earned them a very distrustful reputation.  They gained this power through following a cult led by Turen, a priest-turned-heretic, who was driven out of Merifiana along with his followers by King Samar.

The Nemnebliari are governed by a monarchy, most of their rulers being queens who can claim lineage from their first ruler Queen Nemnes.  They also have a church similar to that of the Merifianan faith, though with the notable addition of Turen as their first holy martyr.
