Tacis

A Merifianan paladin, known to have slain the heretic Turen in the climactic battle of the Schismatic War.  He also is known to have delivered a treaty to Queen Nemnes, ruler of the Nemnebliar after Turen’s death; it was this treaty that ended the Schismatic War.
